I'm a tad confused, if someone could help. I've been going on what's been said in this dev post Dev-Blog, but it doesn't seem to sinc with the in game facts. For example, this dev-blog says:

"Towers will use 1 block/hour for small, 2 blocks/hour for medium and 4 blocks/hour for large. The CPU and Power load will no longer have any impact on your fuel needs - all towers now need the same amount of fuel, regardless of configuration."

Ok so 4 blocks per hour for my large tower. However the in-game description of fuel blocks reads:

"This is a block of fuel designed for Amarr control towers. Forty blocks are sufficient to run a standard large tower for one hour, while medium and small towers require twenty and ten blocks respectively over the same period."

Did i miss the memo?

Yes you did. Blocks were increased in quantity by a factor of 10 to allow for sov and faction tower fuel savings. Their sizes were reduced to balance it out.
