Hello,

I've just upgraded my trial account to a subscribe account for 6 months. It comes along with redeemable items like Explorer pack and costumes. There should be also a Cerebral Booster or no?

It's been 2 days and I don't have it in the redeemable items. Is it a bug or it was not part of the package?

I've already submitted a ticket and still no response from CCP.
