Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Quite frequently I'm seeing problems with standings displaying properly on the local user list. That is, people are who are blue or even in the alliance will occasionally show as neutral in the guest list (if docked) and in local. Checking "Show Info" on the character in question shows the standings properly, and when it affects alliance members it shows correctly on the Alliance chat.

Moving from and back to the system didn't change the list ...it seems to occur randomly and I can't quite figure out the cause. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I've heard of that issue occuring for a while now, but haven't had it myself.
What I'm now experiencing may be related.

Local chat lists and even in-space view/overviews are showing people as still criminally flagged who ARE NOT. Their timers have run out and it has NOT BEEN UPDATED. At least once when I changed some of the local members list settings from condensed to not or vice versa, this seemed to update and/or correct the issue, but it has NOT ALWAYS FIXED IT.

In the last few days I've also been attacked by people clearly believing I am still criminally flagged, yet I most certainly am not (timer ran out, I undocked after etc.), resulting in them being CONCORDokened in confusion.

These sort of display bugs seem like a potentially really big problem.... is this just a few people or more widespread?
