Oddly the most useful BC is the Gnosis. The supposedly new player BC.
It's silly fast align time, 6/6 slot layout, and 900m3 base cargo make it useful in a variety of roles.

T3 and sentry nerf would do a lot of good for BC and BS. I'd also add new buffer tanking modules for battleships (or balance the current ones) so battleships fit extenders and plates that do not fit on cruisers and BC.
