I have used this character to solo almost every DED in the game high, low and null sec never had a problem, Also lvl 4 Missions and never had a problem, Its low SP but its put in the right place so it has none or very little wasted SP, drones 5 was so i could assign Fighters

Sorry i spent way more than 5 bil in plex plus the transfer fee can you do me any better, he doesnt have alot of SP but it is all in tengu, mostly

if u take away the idustry skills it will drop it down to around 8m sp i wont pay 1b per 1m sp sorry

Your not going to get that much, I can link you at least 7 differant characters that have 2x the sp you have and go for much less
