One thing I forgot to mention in the original post: I've been dealing with this for a year on this particular alt.

And that's a little upsetting.

Between market transactions, isk transfers, corp taxes, etc, you'd think the problem would've gone away at some point.

Transferring all of your ISK at once? It's annoying, only because it makes me sacrifice 7 seconds of my life to decrease the transferral amount by 0.01 ISK.

It's on and off for me, but if I actually legitimately want to transfer every cent, then I've always found typing the amount in manually, will give me no problems.
