Changing Monitor

I play eve on 3 monitors. I would start the client, change the output window to monitor 2, launch the client again, and have a client running on Monitor 1 and 2. Since the patch, whenever I bring up the options menu, if I change the display adapter I am unable to close the window again. Clicking close/apply no matter what will just close the window and immediately open it up again. I have to quit the game and restart it to be able to play the game.

Any ideas what could be causing it? It all worked fine before the latest patch.
