Launcher not found ! ??

Launcher worked fine for me yesterday. Tried running it today and get a message saying, Sorry the website none cannot be found. No idea why. Internet connection obviously ok as I am posting on the forums and I can still get into the game by launching the exe file from the bin folder. Wish CCP would sort launcher out, its been nought but hassle for over a year :(
