Wait until you do the SOE arc if you choose to. Stuff all over New Eden

After years of play, I started to think of old ships as the kind of surprises you find in old suit jackets in your closet. Usually just a pencil or some tissues, sometimes a pair of cheap sunglasses, but every once in a while there's a surprise $20 or $100 bill.

You'll never be able to keep all of it in one place, so it's better for your mental health not to try...

Slightly long-term option once you are out of trial period (maybe before, depends on when you can train industrials):

Get an industrial, or a freighter or an orca or something with a large cargo hold. You can load ships into a cargo hold and carry several at once.

For reference, a repackaged frigate takes about 3000m2. Assembled is significantly larger but should still fit in an industrial. Destroyers should fit and even cruisers if you ship repackaged.

The other day I moved 3 cruisers and about 10 frigates down from Jita to Amo in a transport ship (T2 industrial) in one trip.

Larger ships, or short term before you can get into industrials you can use one of the methods above.

If I'm not wrong, assembled ship cannot be placed in an industrial, even a shuttle and/or using expanded cargohold, is not a matter of size.
Not sure if T2 can do that, but T2 and freighters are more a long term solution.

Your correct. Any ship cannot fit into a bay other than a fleet bay, a ship hangar in station or a ship maintance bay. THats why we have the bowhead (massive SMB)

perfect skilled industrials fitted for cargo get around 40km3 of cargo, an assembled frigate is typically 2.5km3, cruiser around 10km3

Again, is not a matter of size.

Math says that an assembled frigate or some shuttles can fit inside my Bestower, but in practical I always had to repackage shuttles and frigates to transport them.
The point is that, regardless the size, is not possible to put an assembled ship in the cargo bay of a T1 industrial ship.
You need a ship with a specialized cargo bay, or use contracts.

Anyway, all of this make not so much sense for the OP.
Talking about freighters or T2 industrial is far too early for a newbie, that just wish to know how to move a rookie ship from a place to another. Even a T1 industrial is to much for that.

As said, is much more cheap and practical to sell or trash the ship and acquire for free a new one at the destination.
