Out of Pod Experience

In the road to FanFest 2015 an idea struck me that could help do some good for people.

Introducing Neckbeard* for Good

To help two charities (currently undecided, yet am leaning toward Carciniod cancer research, for one, to support the wishes of DGSix Kado, Thomas McCraw, for increasing awareness of the disease) I will either shave my face, keep the beard, or with enough community donations, I'll HTFU and shave half my face (eyebrows included) and allow the forums to choose my remaining hair color.

Preferably, I would like CCP to handle the collection of funds and disbursement to selected charities.

Additionally, if this event was complete on the start on FanFest 2015 (March 19), the 1-2 month long HTFU challenge results would coincide with my undergraduate Com Research presentation. It'd certainly make a great story, and it's a small price to pay to assist with the beard.
