You might get a report from someone saying I aggressed at undock in 6-CZ. The short of it is, a Confessor and then a Machariel was bumping my capitals. First at the cap rotation spot, and then again at undock. I eventually aggressed, and if that's against the rules after getting bumped and disrupted from moving my caps around, I don't know what to say. Thanks.
