Launcher problem [AGAIN]

Today i have new problem with launcher when i finaly fixed it today but now this is problem. Launcher is not updating not even responding.

Have you tried some of the basic stuff such as Clearing your cache or running the repair tool? My launcher used to do the same thing and trying those things cleared the problem right up.
