Questions about Planetary Interaction & EVE API

Hello there,

I am trying to understand some data from the EVE API regarding planetary interaction.

Here is the result of a request regarding PlanetaryPins and more especially an extractor :

Quote:

row pinID="1017049905292" typeID="3067" typeName="Storm Extractor Control Unit" schematicID="0" lastLaunchTime="2015-01-13 13:51:34" cycleTime="60" quantityPerCycle="17205" installTime="2015-01-11 18:51:34" expiryTime="2015-01-14 20:51:34" contentTypeID="0" contentTypeName="" contentQuantity="0" longitude="-4.19545013168655" latitude="1.38072360116482"

The duration of the extractor plan is 3 days and 2 hours if I read it correctly, making the difference between installTime and expiryTime. This is what I launched ingame.
Therefore, what is lastLaunchTime ? The last time I checked the planet itself ?

Second question : What is the value quantityPerCycle ? Is it the average value for each cycle meaning I will get 17205 x 74 = 1,273,170 units at the end of the cycle ? If I am correct regarding the items I got ingame I already got more than this value after two days of production.

Any input is welcomed, thank you :)

Q1: 'lastLaunchTime' could possibly be the last time a cycle was completed. Was that time within an hour from when you pulled the data?

Q2: Because you said that you've already harvested more than qty per cycle * 74 cycles, I would guess that 'quantityPerCyle' is for the current cycle. If you install it for 3 days and 2 hrs, you aren't getting the same qty per hour over the entire course of the install time, it fluctuates. Pull the data again and see if that value changed.
