[Proteus] Issues with scrolling in ship info boxes

Greetings!

So, I noticed a minor issue shortly after the Proteus update regarding the ship info boxes, as well as the repair screen. Restarting the client did not fix the issue for me, and it seems to be isolated to ships, since I had no problems when scrolling through the attributes for modules.

So the problem is, if I have my mouse cursor inside the marked area, I am not able to use my mouse wheel to scroll, but if I were to move my cursor to the blue headers, (Structure, Armor, Shields) any of the icons on the left portion of the box or if I where to move it over the resistances, then I am able to scroll until my cursor either ends up back in the highlighted area or any of the other grey regions of the box, such as the areas between the attribute icons.

I also noticed a similar problem with the repair screen, if my mouse cursor is over a ship (For some reason, it doesn't happen with shuttles) when I try scrolling, nothing happens. But everything works normally when I have my mouse over Drones or Modules.

I did find a way around this though, besides using the scroll bar: You need to click off of the box first before you can scroll through it normally.

Noticed this as well. Hovering "anywhere" inside the window doesn't enable scrolling but if I hover the mouse near the right side of the window it works. (scrolling up and down within ship attributes tab for example)
