Well, yeah, going to Jita or Hek would be a heck of a pain. Would this scater goods along the universe and promote local bussines? For example.
People would travel less outside factional territory?
PvP in high sec already occurs in the form of miner gank, would this implementation slow that impunity?
A sense of community would arise among players same faction? Perhaps an improvement on the interest for the story line?

Guys I am not proposing anything to happen, just wanted to have an argument on what consecuences would follow. Would those be all good or all bad? Come on.

What did you say about CODE?
