Need some help with a mobile broadband.

Hi, I need some help with a laptop that use a mobile broadband for internet. When I try to go on a website it starts me in offline mode and ask me if I want to connect to a modem even tho I already started the program you connect with. I have tried to start up some online games and they work, I have changed the APN settings. I have tried to disable ports that I dont use but that didn´t help.

It´s called huawei mobile broadband e173.
The program is called Tele2 mobile partner.

Maybe check energy saving settings for the mobile broadband modem. If energy saving is enabled, then modem is in hybernation/sleep mode and has to be activated. Maybe.

Another thing I would look at is the network devices. I guess you have regular modem, lan adapter and this broadband modem. I would disable the regular modem so OS does not even bother looking at it. The LAN adapter I leave up to you, if you use it from time to time, you can disable it too and just turn it on as needed, if you use it all the time, then turning it on and off is too much hustle.
