What ship setup would you use between 2 characters that would make C3 and lower WH anomalies less of a snoozefest (passive drake x2 is just *yawn*).

I was thinking of getting some sort of RR on both the ships and use a small local tank + a decent amount of RR from the other pilot to get a nice tank with decent damage.

Any suggestions on fits for WH Solo-ing or Dualboxing?

(ps: The skills allow for 1x any ship and 1x minmatar ship, though it can be retrained into any race)
