M-Spec Industrial Resources Ltd (MTLS) is pleased to announce a 4th quarter dividend of 10,000 ISK per share, payable on Tuesday, January 13 to current shareholders.

During the quarter, share net asset value rose from 410,100 ISK to 442,100 ISK. Shareholder return, including dividends, amounted to 10.2%. Rebounds in Pyerite and Tritanium and broad gains in Planetary Materials highlighted a robust quarter in the industrial materials market, driving share values to record highs.

For the year, share net asset value rose from 387,200 ISK to 442,100 ISK. Total return for the 12-month period, including dividends of 40,000 ISK, amounted to 24.5%.

As of December 31, M-Spec's assets totaled 581 billion ISK, of which 26 billion was in cash.
