So lets talk about a fix for Ishtars.......

After long and hard discussion with many theory crafters the time has come for CCP to allow Ishtars to fit microjumpdrives.

Now im not asking for anything crazy like adding a timer reduction per skill level bonus. That can come later when we get t3 vexor hulls. Im just asking for Ishtars to be brought up to the same level of quality present in other great staples of eve fleet warfare.
