Deadspace, Faction Modules: Where is the central market for them?

I've recently gone into Singularity to test ships and fits, and participate in the mass test events. Most recently I've skilled up to try the extremely tough L4 Burner missions. However all the recommended frigate fits include many common faction/deadspace modules and ammo.

But I can't find them in Singularity on the Jita market. Is there a system where players gather to sell them or are available on the NPC market? I've found a random module here in there but is there an easier way rather than flying from region to region every day? Burners chew through T2 fitted frigates with ease so that's not an option.

Also on the aside, why are faction/deadspace modules and ammo extremely difficult to buy on the test server?

Because CCP doesn't seed those modules.

Any kind of ship testing would be wonky on the server if everyone could fit deadspace/faction/officer everything, and wouldn't be indicative of what happens on Tranquility.

Moreover, Burner Missions can be completed in a T2-fitted T2 ship.

This will sound a bit rude, but SiSi is the test server because CCP wants us to test their server. It's not operating as a server for testing your own fits on. You can test your own fits on there, but that's just a happy accident allowed by CCP.
