Temars Eve API - Setting Rules - Help Please

So, I am trying to setup forums for an alliance. I want to accomplish a few things, but the rules are blowing my mind.

1) I would like all of the alliance to have access to a general "alliance" area of the forums

2) I would like certain members in the alliance to have access to "alliance leadership" areas of the forums

3) I would like each corp to have their own private "corp area" area of the forums

4) I would like corp leadership to have access to their own "corp leadership" area inside the private "corp area"



What would be the most efficient way of setting up rules to make this happen? For some reason this is blowing my mind.
