Hi All,

Recently Google changed the way they do things and even after numerous indicators to the contrary that they would migrate legacy stuffz to the new system with only minor problems our old Corp pricing sheet gradually died in stages until finally expiring a few days ago.

As a result I am looking for a new start on this old idea and have to admit I know nothing about Google doc, how they work or how to even go about building a new one so am asking here if anyone has or can offer a functional document that will simply do what we need it to do with no drama, and little bling.

What we are looking for is a simple tool 5 columns,

A Item, Entered by Corp, 'Fixed'
B Price*0.8 (Pulled from EveCentral)
C Scratch pad entry cell for members to enter a figure. 'NUM'
D Output= B*NUM=C
E Running total of 'C' so they can use the sheet as a simple contract price calculator.

The idea being that the Corp enters the items it is willing to purchase from the members, around 25 products, they then enter the amounts of the items they have to contract in 'C' and it outputs the actual total price in 'D' and a single cell in 'E' gives them the actual cumulative total they enter into there contract.

The sheets only variable items therefore are the totals inserted by the members and the totals output which should clear down once the sheet is closed.

Sheet should be open access so once linked in the MOTD it can be accessed by all members in Corp.

Anyone have anything like this or can knock one out for us please let me know.

I had the same problem with the Eve-Central imports in Google Docs breaking down / not working even though I didn't change anything.

1) You can force a migration to the new Google Docs by creating a new spreadsheet and the copying the individual sheets over (do not use "Make a copy" from the File menu! that won't work) You can recognize if you have the new version by the green round symbol with a tick on it on the bottom of the page.

2) https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=5349135#post5349135 These Google scripts really help getting data from Eve Central imported in a more reliable way.

Hi there,

If the idea of making it yourself is not appealing I can make one for you. I've sent you a mail, let me know if you are interested :).

Busje's suggestions are spot on, but go directly with option 2. Copying to the new google spreadsheet doesn't solve the problem.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Corp looked at a number of options available and presented as a result of the original post on this thread,
We had numerous offers of assistance but after looking at a product offered us by Yehala choose to purchase a completed ready to run spread sheet.

His service was fast and covered all the stated criteria and took only a Gmail address and fund transfer to place at our disposal for our members exactly what they needed.

I would recommend this guys products to anyone that needs a sheet built from scratch.
