I've always wondered how OP one can be with thermo V & T3 cruisers @ V.

If u got everything at V in your core/tank/damage skills and Leadership V, go for it.

It is now pl/n3, not PL/N3 (sacrificed all their caps)

I've never relied so much on Thermodynamics with any other ship as I have with a logistics ship. Depending on what you do more of depends on if training it to 5 is needed early on or not. If you find yourself flying logistics I'd say 40% of the time. Train it to 5. If you find yourself rarely overheating, dont bother going past 4.
