how do you obtain the BPCs for these?

i thought you needed a t1 BPO, and then invented it from copies like you do normal t2 guns, but that is apparently not the case.

New sites: Limited Sleeper Cache and Standard Sleeper Cache. They're relatively tough to scan down and (somewhat) tricky to run effectively. Limited can apparently spawn anywhere (? I think) and Standard is low or lower. Info on Standard is here and it looks like the best thread for Limited is this one.


There was also a Superior version but it's apparently disabled for now.

It appears that Standard Sleeper Caches can spawn in high sec too, I found one during the weekend.

I've found a few. I add them to ignore because I scan in a covert ops but the point being, they are there.

Search for johnny pew on youtube. He covers it nicely

But from what I gather T2 relic/Data modules + a Stratios is recommended

Except for the Limited one. Frigate size only so bring an Astero. Bring some tank along as some things get explody.
