Personally I prefer the old:

And once enough desperate types have gathered and pulled in close, F1 - F8 on those faction smartbombs.

It's kinda sad to see someone leaving, but yeah, i myself am not really playing since a long while now
For some reasons i feel like you are the kind of people i like to meet in eve (and online in general).

Just thrash all of your belongings, including the character. That would be a nice ISK sink. I'm sure you'll be able to fool the vultures by autopiloting an (near) empty jump freighter instead so you will have your bang, twitch it so everyone except the disappointed vultures are happy.

I am trying to get back into Eve but 100% understand people who eventually leave for other things so good luck ZZandra!

Just a thought, maybe pick up a few courier contracts as well if you have room, not sure if that is nice or nasty, but will add to the pot either way!

I am not with them, nor ever have been, but maybe a donation to Brave Newbies might be nice, i think they do good stuff for the community from what i have seen and read.
