I can see the re-addition of capitals to HiSec killing a lot of the business that new order do. Also makes suicide ganking tougher.

Wont stop these things completely but it will make things a damn-sight more interesting for both sides.

Why would that have any impact at all on our business? I mean aside from hilarious anti-tanked AP carrier killmails.

I've just uploaded the second part of James' stirring speech, to SoundCloud.

Over time, we in the New Order grow used to the crud thrown at us by the rebels of Highsec, but sometimes it's difficult to counter their scurrilous accusations.

Not any longer. James 315 here demolishes 3 common criticisms levelled at the New Order, namely:

"You don't hold sov in Highsec"
"You only shoot people who can't shoot back"
"If Highsec doesn't become Safe-sec, CCP will go bust"

James appeals directly to Reason; he backs up his assertions with facts and examples drawn from his vast knowledge of the Game.

How do they not get it?
