Game time does not transfer with the character.

Capital Industrial goes for 500m so if you bought it for 1b you got scammed.

I'll offer 2.5B as a reserve bid. The character has a LOT of wasted SP in level 5 skills.

Very important skills are missing or not trained up:

jump drive calibration;
jump fuel conservation;
jump drive operation;
warfare link specialist;
industrial reconfig;
capital industrial ships;

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but .......

As mentioned above, low indy refig skill and the bare minimum jump drive skills.
Being able "to sit" in a Rorgual is a far cry from operating one.

Mining Director alone doesn't exactly equal a "mining booster" still a lot of Leadership skills needed there, like Wing Command for one.

Engineering, Navigation and Resource Processing skills are minimum at best.

Face it, this toon still needs A LOT of time and work.

With that being said, I'll update my offer to 3.6Bil, to top the current highest bid.
Offer valid till confirmed or I buy elsewhere.
