I managed to solo this in an ishkur after kiting them so far the logi were out of range, but to do this effectively, just bring a friend.

I've done this mission solo on Kestrel but only Minmatar version. I suggest you do the same just update your resistances to tank the necessary damage type.

Eve Survival is very useful but not necessarily up to date as the ifo is provided by other players. For example there have been significant changes to Wildfire (the Minmatar Epic Arc) that do not get a mention.

Basically unless a player notices a change and then takes the time to update EVE survival it will be out of date after a change.
