In this case rules (including sellers own rules and pthers) would be meaningless. I belive the "written word" is written.

You are wrong... the seller can stop or extend the sale as they wish, or even decline to sell to people. There are no rules stating that the person HAS to sell the toon ever. Mainly they just have to transfer the character or return the isk after the isk being recieved for a sale.

Today I learned something again in EVE.
molariq words means nothing whatewer people is behind the character.
