Is there any place or system where we can for example do C5 sleeper sites or any other site on sisi without having to go out and find a C5 and everything then all the logistics of moving the ships you want there just to test it?

holes are easy to find , there is few c6 and c5 exits in genesis and lonetrek

C5s connect to Nulsec via Statics. You should have little difficulty finding one with a scanning boat.

If you really want to test out a C5, suggest shoving several freighters/bowhead through a captial wh with a large tower, corp-hanger and one of the extra large ship hangers, along with fuel. If you're doing C-4s about 4 or 5 Orca will fit (1 way) through a large-class WH.

Once you're set up, test away!
