Cloaking and Yellow Screen: is it a bug, glitch.....what does it mean.

ok to get to the point of this thread post is that i have noticed when i go into cloak and sometimes i am flying around half the screen goes bright yellow and that half of the screen nothing is visible the other side is fine and visible, it's always on the right side of the screen.

now forgive me this is in the wrong place. i have wondered for some time now if others have experienced the same or similar and have searched for similar in the forums under: issues, workarounds etc. found no result. didn't seem logical or relevant for general either.
i ask does this happen to you sometimes when you cloak or is it just a isolated incidence on my end, but if you do have this issue, what do you do to stop it from happening or minimize the impact it may have on gameplay. once i decloak game is fine. however i like flying cloaked, i cannot fly cloaked if i cannot see where or what i am doing. or if i can only see half of my ship for that matter. the cloak module works fine, it's just when i engage cloak and "slow boat" aligning to stations or other warp-able structures or when i keep my cloak on longer than 15 minutes.

in summary: Cloaking & partial screen-goes yellow.
1. is this common.
2. what can be done about it
3. your help or input would be appreciated so i can continue to cloak roam.
