Which type of hi-sec stations give best return on processing mods and ore?

The ones with 50% base refinery. Note that the reprocessing mechanics were changed earlier this year, so you're going to top out somewhere around "70%" yield in the window at full skills.

However, (barring any other changes I've missed/forgotten) the current "70% yield" is the same as "100% yield" of the past decade.

Interesting - I was fairly sure (but also a returnee) that the nerf to reprocessing modules ensured that this was not the case (and Ore numbers were also adjusted to suit).......

Ore quantites were adjusted so that the current ~70% is about the same as the previous 100%.
The same is not true for module reprocessing, that will return max 55% (no skills other than scrapmetal reprocessing apply) and will be much reduced over what was possible before Crius.

Thank you for the information. I took a 3 month eve break and discovered that my ore skills were not as effective.
