Player Features and Ideas Discussion

The EVE Notepad is a cool little accessory but could be improved to solve some other in game short comings. The notes and folders can not be moved outside of the notepad it’s self and this limits it’s usefulness. I propose that the notes and folders be made movable and will list some things I think it will improve by doing so.

Make notepad Notes and Folders movable to:

Chat window.
Mail bodies.
Cargo hold and cans.
Corp ads.
Contracts.


Things this may improve:

Corp ads limit the amount of text to the point it is hard to say everything you want to say. Putting a note in the Corp ads would fix this.

The ability to leave a note in a can in space would be awesome. EVE players would find a million way to use this.

The ability to drop a note in the chat window would be a great way to share news letters and tutorials.

Could this be abused by the player base? Yes, just like any thing else. But if all Notes had the authors name imbedded like a can in space, then you could easily punish offenders.
