Hi, I'm looking for a dedicated link character preferably a Tengu pilot

Must haves:

-Maxed warfare link skills in Siege and Skirmish and supporting link skills
-Must be able to use a T3
-Level 5 in T3 subsystems for the command ship skill
-able to use T2 cloaking
-cybernetics 5 preferred but not required

Will pay 10b max
