Was wandering in a c4 would that make it impossible to run solo?
and since its RR with cap x-fer reduction does that make the sites harder?
and generally about how many people minimum would i need to run the sites?

I'd suggest at least dualboxing using RR love to bypass the local rep nerf. Those remote reps? MASSIVE. With the cap boost you get, you can run with the transfer nerf regardless -- Now, obviously, there's certain ships that will be better fit for this. Ships with multiple high slots open (Drone boats, Marauders, some other ships) to fit the reps and cap transfers are preferred, otherwise you lose out on too much DPS. Two RR Domis would probably be best.

solo marauder can handle cata variable debuff in a c4 easily, but its a lot of isk to put on the line for a c4 site. Other then that, try a passive nighthawk, also works.

Not impossible just more expensive/inventive. Marauders can do it no problem solo. One of our guys does most of the sites in a passive Jaguar. He just pews what he can and leaves the rest.

You could probably passive tank up a Tengu or something as well to handle it but I've not bothered to Pyfa an idea up.

The cap xfer reduction doesn't have an effect on cap chaining Guardians at all.

Easiest way is still RR Tengu Balls.

Don't forget. Time is money. And those cap transfers don't do nearly as much as they used to in cata. Unless I am confusing system effects for some reason. It's early here.
