Problem to run game since 12.22.2014 Patch

Since yesterday´s patch I can´t start the game any more. After hitting "play" in the launcher, the screen gets black, cursor is visible. I hear the character selection sound with black screen. Able to select character by clicking into the middle of the screen. Screen gets white when i finally hear the station environment. I even heard the message of a finished skill. So game seems to run with white screen.
