Suggesting making the Vaga a missile ship while keeping the Muninn is mentalist, don't care what RP stands in the way.

The Jag? Maybe, I dunno it clearly needs something although the Minmatar missile theme of Rockets with mediocre damage and no range bonuses probably isn't it. 4th turret, choices and all, seems more reasonable.

You're right there are holes in the T2 lineups but a 3rd AF/HAC to cover them would be preferable to messing about with functional ships, for me at least.

vaga dont need fu**** missiles !!
rework on projectiles weapons and ALL will be good
a broken weapon don't need to be fix by an other weapon , fix the broken weapon first !
