Odd behavior of client in monitor array

Hey guys, just a weird thing I wanted to point out.

I'm using Windows 8.1 64-bit, and a pair of Radeon HD 7970 video cards (Non-Crossfire)

My monitor array is 2 rows of 4. The client in the bottom right monitor has a weird quirk when I turn the camera in CQ. Starting with the cursor on the left and click+dragging the mouse to the right, the camera will begin to turn slightly then stop responding. Letting go of the left mouse button doesn't make the cursor reappear like the other clients, and I have to click again for it to come back. Turning the camera the other direction doesn't have this issue.

Not even really a problem, it doesn't bother me, but just something I wanted to point out on the off-chance it would ring a bell for one of the programmers.
