Missile launchers glitched.

My cruise missile launchers keep telling me they cannot be fired while reloading, i am clearly not reloading, and have missiles in the launchers. I have tried unfitting the launchers and refitting them, I have tried different types of missiles, i have tried restarting the game client entirely, I cannot get my weapons to work no matter what i do.

Please help.

RNI with Cruise missile launcher II
tried nova and scourge fury cruise.
noticed the issue after reloading from my previous mission.

I found an old thread from ages ago where someone suggested repackaging the ship. For anyone else with this issue, repackaging does indeed work, at the cost of your rigs. but its better than having a ship that doesnt work. I will take a 30 mil loss to fix one of my favorite ships...

I was going to suggest stripping the launchers and repacking those, but alas it appears I'm too late. That worked for a Tengu bug I had from a couple years back.
