I'm trying to set up a fit for a harbinger for lvl 3's. I can fit most tech two other than weapons and drones. Still working on that. Can anyone help me out?

Amarr laser ships have a few possible issues:

- they're a ***** to fit properly
- lasers only really work if you do missions in Amarr space
- cap issues galore, you don't need cap stability but at the same time you want at least SOME cap time and especially on low SP that can cause issues.

The above fit is fine in and of itself but given how easy it is for a cap hungry ship to get into trouble when flown by a low SP pilot I'd REALLY urge you to fit MMJD on it so you can gtfo in times of need, it also gives you some degree of mobility. Fitting one of those messes up your PG/CPU though so you'll have to adapt a bit.

This fit is probably a bit more useful in most situations; better tanked, better on cap with more sustainability but still makes use of cap charges (you better get used to it :P). In return it loses some dps but not that much. The fit doesn't take maxed out skills into account, because you don't have that, so once your skills go up a bit you can adapt and improve on it. That T2 rig is actually quite cheap for what it does so I'd very much advise to use it.

Hmm so which race do you think is the easiest to fit for level 3s with low skills? I mean my skills are already kind of all over the place, because I haven't really focused them at something yet. Just looking to eventually get into lvl 4s so I can generate a pretty steady income whIle I figure out what I want to do in the long run.

Gnosis, I was successfully (although slowly) running lvl3s with a two week old alt.

The easiest would be a Caldari missile ship or a Gallente drone ship. Thing is that easy doesn't mean best, it just means easy and that doesn't automatically mean one should choose either option. Amarr in PVE is pretty much EVE PVE on hardmode but that doesn't mean it's bad, it's just more of a challenge and choosing such a thing isn't wrong at all,as long as it's a conscious choice.

Having said all that, Amarr laser ships don't do versatility so if you choose to move to a different faction in space perhaps because the corp you joined lives there then it might turn into a bit of a problem where you'll be pissing against the wind, so to speak. Choose what you want to fly for whatever reason, but "it's easy" probably isn't the best logic to base your choices on.

Hmm okay I think my missile support skills are a little behind but it shouldn't take much to get them caught up. I'll try the drake into raven path then. Any have a drake fit? Lol. Thanks for also the insight so far guys. Much appreciated.
