Eve Client Not Responding, Serious Freezing at Random

Greetings,

While running 3 clients, I've been noticing a severe problem. At seemingly random times, one of my clients will freeze up for at least a solid minute. I cannot do anything and if I try to, Windows tells me that the program is not responding. While it may seem that my PC could be overtaxed with multiple programs, the only programs running when this happens is Eve (3 seperate instances/clients, no ISBoxer), Teamspeak, and Google Chrome. While one of my clients was frozen, I checked the task manager to see what possibly could be wrong. I found nothing overtaxing my system. The client just will not respond. I have checked the forums for possible solutions and the only one I saw that could explain what was going on, was to run Eve using DirectX 9, instead of 11. I switched to DX9, but I'm still encountering these problems. I have no clue as to why this is happening, nor have I lost any asset while this has happened, but should this problem continue, I feel it may lead to losses, or it may make this game unplayable. These problems seem to have started after the release of Rhea, and I have no way of determining if this can be replicated. One of my other corpmates said he may have had the same problem, but apparently nothing as extreme as my case.

Specs:
HP Pavilion
3.20 GHz AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics
8 GB RAM
Windows 8.1 (x64)
(These are all the specs I can get right now. If more are needed, I'll have to find the full list and include what is needed.)

Please look into this problem as soon as possible. As said above, I've never encountered this problem until Rhea. I've even run more than 3 clients at once on this computer with no problem other than low framerates, but nothing this extreme has ever happened before.

Thanks. o7
