I'd like to put my cov-ops alt into a Tengu for exploration in low, null and WH space for 3 reasons: bubbles, smartbombs & storage.

Is there a better/more up to date fit than this one from Jester?

[Tengu, Explore]
Warp Core Stabilizer II
Warp Core Stabilizer II
Nanofiber Internal Structure II

Experimental 100MN Afterburner I
Experimental 10MN Microwarpdrive I
EM Ward Field II
Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
Large Shield Extender II
Relic Analyzer II
Cargo Scanner II

Sisters Expanded Probe Launcher, Core Scanner Probe I
Covert Ops Cloaking Device II
Rocket Launcher II, Mjolnir Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Mjolnir Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Mjolnir Rocket

Medium Core Defense Field Extender II
Medium Low Friction Nozzle Joints II
Medium Low Friction Nozzle Joints II

Tengu Defensive - Supplemental Screening
Tengu Engineering - Capacitor Regeneration Matrix
Tengu Offensive - Covert Reconfiguration
Tengu Electronics - Emergent Locus Analyzer
Tengu Propulsion - Interdiction Nullifier

This character is about to start missile training so he can begin running DED sites. He currently does not have the skills for the rockets.

I would run a nanofiber subsystem when in low or high to use a DC II.

For me, if you're gonna use a T3 it should be combat capable to take on the guys who sit in relic and data sites to ambush you. Those guys fit multiple scrams so your warp stabs become useless. You're better off having the offensive capability.
You don't need the agility to get through camps as you're fully covert. Yes, you can still get caught by RSB'd to hell HIC's but you would anyway.
The Nullifier is something I would recommend keeping fitted. With the advent of sites popping up in WH's you're gonna want to go in those and do them nullified and not have to change out subsystems all the time.
This fit sports a massive buffer tank which will let you do the ghosts sites without worry. It also has good offensive capability vs frigates which is what you will probably end up fighting in sites if you get ambushed.

Don't have my fit handy, but it has a 100mn ab, x-lage ancil booster, em ward and an invuln and lse or 2. I have 3 lows all with warp core stabs as a faction scrams have a scram strength of 3.
If you get caught you are dead.. so having missiles isn't much use, if you get tackled on a gate.. just crash it, with enough buffer and an ancil booster you will in most cases get out, dont even try to fight.
You should also carry a mobile depo to refit as needed, ie if you traveling a distance before you scan fill the mids with some buffer.
Thats how I run mine and it has survived all class of wh and null sec for many years. Got caught once but managed to get away.. that was when i learnt about the +3 scram strength.

But each pilot will have his own way and it will depend on the sites you plan to run.

... What next ??
