Unable to change character portrait ingame.

This started yesterday. I go through character customization and all that, capture the expression/pose, and click "finalize", the game freezes for about 2 seconds, and then it fades back to the posing screen with no apparent change made to the portrait ingame. This isn't related to the intermittent server refresh needed to show a new portrait, I attempted this last night and it hadn't applied by this morning after server restart. I don't get any errors at all. Kind of annoying. Anyone else having this problem?
