Looking to buy a new pvp pilot. Budget wise, looking about a 70b max

    Things the pilot MUST have:
  • A good name
  • Near perfect gunnery skills
  • Near perfect shield/armor skills
  • Near perfect engineering skills
  • Good subcap drone skills

    • Things that would be NICE to have:
  • Leadership skills
  • Decent killboard
  • Limited corp history
  • Dread/Carrier Skills (not Caldari)

    • Things that I will NOT pay for and DON'T want:
  • ANY industry skills
  • ANY resource processing skills
  • ANY Science skills (except Graviton Physics 5)
