I was thinking if there is or how difficult would be to make a tool that reports jita price when clicking on the order in real time, taken from eve central for instance. When i play around with traders, it gets quite a click fest to compare prices. So if there is pirates little helper for pvp, would be neat to have one for trading. Anyone has any thoughts on this?

I've been poking a bit at the CREST endpoint for market data: https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/market/viewer/

Hi steve. I was thinking more of a way, that when you update order on remote system, once you click on item from quickbar, you could have site auto load that item. Do you think there is a way to source item text from eve client on click?

There isn't.

No way to have a click on something in the eve client trigger something in something else (website or other application)
