Returning after 4+ years - Forgot old account info

Hey all,

I started playing Eve back in 2006 and stopped around 2010. Unfortunately I forgot my username from my old account. What's the best way to reach out to CCP?

File a support ticket with as much information about the account as you remember, if you're polite and patient they'll likely get back to you sooner rather than later , though be aware it can take up to ten days to get a response.

IIRC the account management site will give you a list of other accounts registered under the same email. You may be able to figure it out from there.

Indeed, if you used the same email adress, you can use the account management page to find out other accounts linked to the email.

To access it:


See that name "EVE Universe" at the top right with the error next to it...hover over it.

Drop down menu, just below the middle...voila, Account Management page.

Personal channel: Crazy Dutch Guy

Help channel: Help chat - Reloaded

Public roams channels: RvB Ganked / Redemption Road / Spectre Fleet / Bombers bar / The Content Club
