You're complaining about a 50,000,000 price tag?

The amount of time it will take you to train all skills needed on the orca (for a "perfect" orca at any rate) is around four months. In plex terms you'd be spending ~3B isk just to train the skills.

Actually really thinking about it if you also want supporting skills (ie evasive maneuvering 5 for instance) your training time might just be over six months or 5.1B isk.

That's true, however he also has gotten some good advices too, so if he follows then will can learn a lot of this game.

you should try low sec before going into null or wormholes.
