Not all viewable items exist in the game. It's one of the many ongoing issues that players are riding CCP about.

Is in the store, but not alone, is part of the Eternity combo that include suit, jacket and boots.

However, the jacket has many issues and looks good only on the mannequin.

Not true. While it does have issues,
it does NOT look good ONLY on the mannequin.

It's not for sale separately I believe.
If you buy the combo pack you get Eternity Boots, the Pants-suit and the short jacket to go with it.
The jacket is a little buggy though as it tends to clip through everything a bit, which is unfortunate.
