Leadership V and Mining Boots

Say you're out mining with a booster (orca/rorq) in wing command. Does the person in squad command need Leadership V for full boosts to be passed on?

I understand that boosts will only be passed if squad is of the proper size, but say you have Leadership IV and there's 5 people in the squad. Will the full orca/rorq boosts be passed on, or is it a fraction of the orca/rorq boosts?

Only leadership 3 in that case.

you need leadership equal to half (rounding up) the number of people in the squad, for higher level boosts to filter down.

Any commander (fleet, wing or squad) needs the skill at such a level that it will suffice for the size of squad/wing/fleet he is providing / passing down boosts for.


So if you have 5 people in the squad. The Squad commander needs Leadership 3 or better.

I thought we had new kit then :-(
