Black Screen After Launcher

i Hit play on the launcher the game launches into black screen that i can only alt com esc out of...the game doesn't load any more thank you for your help

Try altering your graphic settings, particularly shaders and HDR. You can do this via the escape menu at the login screen even if you can't necessarily see it.

im having similar issue as well. all settings are on low as possible. I cant even get in to change settings anymore. weird thing is, It was working fine until it froze and had to quit.

just deleted launcher and all related files, redownloaded fresh. Problem persists. I'm also experiencing massive slowness in every other program or anything else i try to do.

Same. I can select my character but I cant actually see anything.
